Recordkeeping and Reporting Requirements

February 1, is a significant day for most industries. It is the day the OSHA 300-A annual summary page must be posted. As you may know the OSHA 300-Log of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses form and the annual summary form 300-A are for recording and posting occupational injuries and illnesses data.

The OSHA 300-Log of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses form shall be reconciled by February 1 for the previous years data.

The annual summary or 300-A form shall be completed, signed and conspicuously posted by February 1st and must remain posted until April 30th: https://www.osha.gov/recordkeeping/
