Our claim department staff is dedicated to managing Rhode Island workers' compensation claims. It is our objective to assist in the direction and ultimate outcome of claims through early intervention and the use of available medical and rehabilitation resources.

We will assist employers to implement their company's return to work philosophy with regards to returning injured employees to the workplace. Returning injured employees to modified duty can help reduce the cost of a claim.
