Beacon offers a broad range of compensation initiatives that are appealing to our employees.  Our compensation programs are designed to attract, retain and reward talented individuals.  Our compensation programs are based on a pay-for-performance model which strives to align organizational, team and individual performance as a means to increase Beacon's success.  Our performance model is based on each individuals approach to their work, the relationships they build, and the results they achieve.

Beacon offers competitive salaries to attract, retain, and motivate high-performing employees.  Our base salaries are regularly adjusted to be market competitive and aligned to reflect each individual's performance, role within Beacon, and career progression.

Individual performance in also rewarded by our merit based performance evaluation system that ties salary increases and promotional opportunities directly to performance.  Merit increases are based on a number of factors, such as the Company-wide average merit guidelines, performance throughout the year, and your position in your salary range.

Beacon offers an annual discretionary bonus program to recognize and reward employees for specific performance results and contributions made toward Beacon's success.  This is a discretionary program which is based on individual performance as well as company performance.
