Time away from work:
Vacation time based on Grade Level and Years with Beacon
Holiday Pay, totaling 10 days per year
Floating holidays granted each year (typically 2 per year)
Sick/Occasional Absence Program

Flex-Time/Alternate Work Schedule:
Beacon offers a flex-time program that enables employees to establish a working schedule between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm. This program is subject to Supervisory approval.

Social Activities Committee:
Beacon sponsors various social events, including an Annual Holiday Party and Summer Outing.

Wellness Programs:
