Our Wellness Programs use preventative, pro active
strategies to help our employees manage stress and enhance the overall quality
of their work and personal lives. Beacon
is the Winner of the Platinum Award for Well Workplace and our Health and
Wellness Programs include the following:
On Site Gymnasium - We are very fortunate to have
an on-site gym equipped for both cardio and strength training. There is no fee
to use the gymnasium and you may use the gym during your free time, Monday
through Sunday, 24/7. Use of the Beacon gym is limited to employees only.
Nutrition Services - We are lucky to have a
registered dietitian who will work with you to help you manage or maintain a
healthy lifestyle and/or lose weight
Personal trainer - Our personal trainer will
establish a personalized cardio or strength training program
designed to be the most conducive to your personal needs.
Group
fitness sessions - We offer a variety of sessions based on employee request and
interests reported in Wellness Resolutions' annual group fitness survey.
Potential session types include Pilates, yoga, total body strength and toning
workouts, aerobics, and flexibility programs. These
programs are offered during
lunch and after work.
Ergonomic consultation for work stations is also
available to each of our employees.
