Medical Bills

Medical providers seeking reimbursement for medical services must mail their bills and supporting documentation to:

Beacon sends out reimbursement payments by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or by regular mail on a daily basis. However, the timing of individual payments is based on a variety of factors and also includes mail delivery.  

Indemnity Payments

Payments for our claimants’ weekly lost wages are based on a weekly payroll date, which varies by individual claimant and are mailed out via regular mail on a daily basis. The timing of payment receipt is subject to mail delivery considerations.

Dividends

Dividend payments to policyholders meeting eligibility requirements are processed on a weekly basis and mailed out via regular mail on Tuesdays. The timing of payment receipt is subject to mail delivery considerations.

Shared Earnings

Shared earnings payments to policyholders meeting eligibility requirements are processed on a monthly basis and mailed out via regular mail the week following month end. The timing of payment receipt is subject to mail delivery considerations. 

Return Audit Premiums

Return audit premiums for those entitled to a return are calculated at the conclusion of each individual policyholder’s premium audit. Finalized audit payments are processed on a daily basis. The timing of payment receipt is subject to mail delivery considerations.  

Commissions

Agent commission payments are processed on a monthly basis and are deposited by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) directly into an authorized account or payments are disbursed by regular mail the week following month end. The timing of payment receipt is subject to mail delivery considerations. Note: To begin the EFT process, agents can log into Beaconnect and then access the ACH Authorization Agreement from the Information tab in Agents Documents. 

Agents may view their monthly commission statements online by visiting Beaconnect.  Loss-based commission payments are calculated twice per year (as of December 31 and June 30) and are issued in accordance with agent contract terms.

Vendors seeking reimbursement for goods and services must mail their invoices and supporting documentation to:
