Beacon is pleased to announce the launch of our new policyholder payment system on February 8th!

We will offer new ways to pay for your workers’ compensation insurance—online or by phone! For your convenience, we will accept payment by e-check, credit, debit card, or by check in the mail. Online and phone payments will be made fast, simple, and secure through the Payment Service Network (PSN). Waive your installment fee when you pay by e-check!

3 Easy Payment Options:

  • Pay Online: Log into your BEACONNECT account to manage your policy and make payments securely online with a single sign on. Schedule automatic payments, or make a one-time payment through PSN.  Online payments will no longer be accepted through Beacon’s Bank of America payment portal.
  • Pay by Phone: Schedule automatic payments, or make a one-time payment through the PSN call center.
  • Pay by Check: Make your check payable to The Beacon Mutual Insurance Company, include your original invoice coupon and send to our payment lockbox.

 

Beacon has selected the Payment Service Network (PSN) to process your payments on our behalf. PSN has been awarded a Level 1 Certification, the highest security possible, by the credit card industry.
