Portal Transition in Progress

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve your experience, Beacon Mutual is launching a new Online Portal for agents and policyholders.

Important: BEACONNECT is no longer available and has been retired as of August 31, 2026. We are currently transitioning to our new system, and online portal access is temporarily unavailable.

The new Beacon Mutual Online Portal will be available on September 1, 2026.

Once available, the new portal, powered by Origami Risk, will provide a more modern, secure, and streamlined way to manage your workers’ compensation business with Beacon Mutual in one convenient location.

What to Expect During the Transition Contact the Beacon Support Team

Portal Access & Login Credentials

All policyholders with an active Beacon Mutual policy will receive NEW login credentials to access the portal.

This applies whether or not your company ever had a BEACONNECT account.

  • If you previously had a BEACONNECT account, you will still have access, but you must log in using the new credentials provided for the new portal.
  • If your company has an active policy but never had portal users, new credentials and a login link have been sent to the primary email address listed on the policy.

All agency users will also receive an email with NEW credentials to access the new Online Portal.

If you don’t see your email, please check your spam or junk folder. Look for an email from notifications@beaconmutual.com.

What You Can Do in the New Portal

With Beacon Mutual’s new Online Portal, agents and policyholders can:

  • View and manage workers’ compensation policy information
  • Report claims and check claim status
  • Access policy documents and important notices
  • Manage users and permissions (where applicable)
  • Complete tasks securely through one central platform
