Beacon Mutual has partnered with the Payment Service Network (PSN) to process payments securely. PSN has received a Level 1 Certification, the highest security standard in the credit card industry.

We accept online and phone payments by check, credit, debit, e-check, or ACH through PSN.

It’s easy to make a payment online!

Auto-Pay*: Save time and schedule automatic payments* for the minimum amount due, and receive email notifications for upcoming ​payments. Manage Auto Pay

One-Time Payment: Make a one-time payment and save your account information to make your next payment quick and easy. Use for immediate payments and past due amounts. Pay One Time

Guest Payment**: No need to log in! Pay with just your account number. Pay as Guest

New Policy Pay: If you are a NEW policyholder, make your first premium payment online with your quote number. Make New Policy Payment

Pay By Phone

You can make a payment over the phone—either schedule automatic payments or submit a one-time payment at your convenience.

Our Automated Phone System (IVR) is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, allowing you to make payments anytime that works for you.

*Auto-Pay cannot process past due payments. Takes up to one week to process. If payment is due within a week, make a one-time payment first.

** Massachusetts-Only and Connecticut-Only policyholders should use the convenient Pay as Guest option for all online payments.


Understanding Your Invoice

Minimum Amount Due

The minimum amount that must be paid in order to continue policy coverage.

Late Fee

A service fee of $10.00 may be applied for all payments not received within 5 business days following the due date.

Non-Sufficient Funds Fee

A service fee of $25.00 will be applied for all returned checks and ACH payments.​​​

Account Balance

Total amount due after applying all payments, credits, or additional charges received by our billing system since last billing.

Installment Fee

A service fee of $5.00 is assessed on each installment bill, except where prohibited by law. Waive your installment fee by making your payment online by e-check or ACH.

Pay-As-You-Go

Beacon offers the convenient Pay-As-You-Go Program to qualifying policyholders. Policyholders may inquire with their agent prior to renewal.​
