Beacon is committed to providing all state employees with the highest quality online training experience. Online training can be delivered anytime, anyplace, and at any pace with the most popular courses offered in both English and Spanish.

Important Update:

As of December 2020, some internet browsers (i.e. Chrome) will no longer support Flash Player which is used in many of our online training courses. To address this issue, FirstNet Learning has been updating these courses to eliminate the need for Flash Player. While the majority of course updates have been completed there are still courses that are currently awaiting the update. It is expected that all of the impacted courses will be updated by the end of the 2Q 2021. As a result, not all of the courses you are used to seeing the Beacon catalogue will be available during this period of time. We appreciate your patience during the period of time that enhancements are being made.
